So, after
1 months evasively denied and keep silence in front of the accusation, URC
VN has spoken out. It’s just not posting on a whole page on Tuoi Tre
News like cheating message to consumer about ALL URC PRODUCTS ARE SAFE as in the past, but sneaks
themselves in a post on the page of C2 product.
Lets see how much URC continues to
underestimate Vietnamese people!
In the post with a really arrogant title about a large-scale criminal
acts of genocide named “Updates on
recalling C2 and Rong Do product”, URC once again expresses their disregard
and patronizing attitude to Vietnamese.

This is the first time after 1 month when the crime of URC
is detected, URC officially spoke out to apologize to Vietnamese
consumers, but they’re only sorry for “about
the problem that makes people worry after all these time”, which means they
did not apologize for their serious acts against the Criminal Law, but only apologize
for making consumers worried, URC themselves have no mistakes in this case and
it’s only a misunderstanding??!
For a really disgusting crimes spreading the seed of cancer into
millions of Vietnamese, URC's Managing Board must appear and sincerely
apologize, seriously bow and take all responsibilities. There’s no way that they only “apologize for making you worried” as simple as that! 
URC should learn from Formosa how to bow and apologize VietnameseLike having mentioned in previous posts and as URC already admitted on newspaper, URC knew exactly about the lead contaminated C2 and Rong Do lots but still release into the market and give millions of harmful products into Vietnamese bodies. That’s what URC call: “Consumers’ health and safety alwaysour first priority”??? If it’s really for the consumers, URC should have stopped circulate the lead contaminated lots, and urgently check the reason and test all other lots in 1,500 lots produced last year to limit the damage for consumers. If this case haven’t been revealed and MOH haven’t tested 30 lots of products/materials, should it have been the recall of 2 lots of C2 and Rong Do or not?

Who can ensure the rest 1,470 lots are not
lead-contaminated? Are they all checked? It’s so irresponsible and it’s a
look-down on health and safety of consumers!
The key point that authorities and URC
can't continue to mention is: “Why are
URC products lead-contaminated? What is the root cause?”, if they can't answer the
question, it means URC have a real problem on product quality assurance and all
URC’s global production chains could possibly produce lead-contaminated
products, not only in Vietnam.
As discussed with Chat luong Viet Nam newspaper,
URC VN representative, Nguyen Thien Huong – in-charge of URC’s PR shares that URC has done compare check in parallel at 5
centers/institute: Quatest 1, Quatest 3, Eurofin, SGS, ASE and all of the
results show no detection of lead. This is also a big lie message from URC to consumers!
The truth is that URC used really simple
technique: sending out lots of samples to many different institutes, then
use the results of qualified samples while the other samples with high amount of
lead will be concealed like what they did with Vietnam's NIFC.

1.800 offices and labs of SGS Corporation, world leading and specialized in product
testing
Another test result of C2 which was not manufactured in Vietnam also had really high level of lead content. The detail information will be included in

This result showing that the test results of
NIFC is totally accurate. And all decision of Vietnam's MOH until now is right. The
scale of this case is even a lot bigger than that.
Only god knows where
are these 1.116.960 bottle of lead-contaminated C2, together with more
than 1 million poisoned bottle of C2 and Rong Do which are not yet
recalled previously!!
The creepy question should be asked now is: “Is it real that other C2 and Rong Do
products out there in the market is not lead-contaminated?” No one can
answer that question and only one way to have the answer. Which is: “Have to test all 1.500 URC lots which is already circulated in the market. Have to immediately stop circulated and announce widely to stop this disaster”.
URC continues to express their irresponsibility when they challenge consumers: “If consumers find any product of these two
lots still out there in the market, please contact customer service line at
1900 1740 so that we can immediately recall them”, they think that this is the
responsibility that consumers have to do to serve them, who cause this horrible
crime!
URC also clearly express their impatience to
quickly stop this case through the announcement: “We are completely and
transparently cooperating with MOH in all manufacturers & products
examination activities periodically.
The examination activities are expected to be completed on June 2016”, although they’re trying to play with word
like “periodically” to slightly decrease the impact, the real information about
“being under urgent and total
examination by inspector” will have dangerous effect on their stocks, URC
are doing everything to cover the case, bury it all in June 2016, to clean and clear their
face and continue to cheat Vietnamese consumers.
Although the violation is really clear, but
URC still not admit and always suppose: “There
is a lot of misinformation on the unofficial news and social about recalling
these two product lots mentioned above”. URC themselves, a multinational
company with capitalization upto 9 bil USD, was unable to stand in front
of the clear evidence and has done a never-before dirty acts in PR history, that is calling and organizing for more than
2000 staffs reporting to Facebook to shut down a only small Facebook page.
Always be proud of: “A business with more than 60 years of experience, URC always put full
effort to ensure the highest standard about product quality and business ethic
in all market that we’re working in”.
URC,
please have self-respect and look at yourself in the mirror!
Online community please raise your voice and
share. The official communication channels are all numb, the authority are
acting with no empathy to only finish their duty. The health and life of your
children are in danger.
Please raise your voice, please don’t act
apathy!
